Frequently Asked Questions

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing a download link for your files.

Check Your Email: Open the confirmation email and click the download link. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Download Your Files: Clicking the link will begin the download automatically. If it doesn’t start, you may need to select “Save” or “Download” manually.

Important: The download link is valid for 24 hours. Please make sure to download your files within that time.

MAC user :

Double-click the zip file and it will open automatically.

PC user :

Open file explorer and find the zipped folder.
To unzip the entire folder, right-click to select extract all, and then follow the instructions.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds.

SVG file/s: used in cricut design space, silhouette designer edition, make the cut (mtc), sure cuts a lot (scal), and brother scan and cut “canvas” software.
DXF file/s: used in silhouette basic edition.
PNG file/s: transparent background.
PDF file/s: the best format for printing.
EPS file/s: used in coreldraw and inkscape.
