When you purchase a digital design from our website or Etsy shop, you are agreeing to follow these terms of use.
Please read them carefully.
1. Definition of the Product
The products sold in our website or Etsy shop are digital designs, primarily available in SVG, PNG, DXF, PDF, and EPS formats. with some designs available in PNG format only. Please keep in mind, all of these items are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.
2. Permitted Uses
Personal Use:
You may use our designs for personal projects
You may make gifts for family and friends.
You may digitize the designs for embroidery.
Alteration of Designs: You may alter the (size, color, remove, and/or add elements) to suit your layout.
Commercial Use for physical items:
Our designs may be used for commercial purposes by small businesses only. For corporations and large businesses, please contact us.
If you are a small business that printing the design on a physical product yourself, you do not need an extended license.
If you are a small business like to use NS Arts Shop designs on POD (Print-On Demand) sites such as Printful, Printify, Amazon Merch, etc. You must purchase our Print-On-Demand License.
You may use our designs to sell ready-to-press UV, DTF, sublimation transfers, decals, and similar transfer sheet products.
Digitizing for Embroidery: If you’d like to digitize our designs for embroidery machine-specific file formats for resale, you must purchase our Embroidery Digitizing License.
3. Prohibited Uses:
Reselling or Sharing the Digital File: You may not resell the designs as digital downloads or give them away as a freebie.
Altering & Reselling as a Digital Product: You may not alter our designs and then resell them as a digital product.
Claiming as Your Own: You may not claim that any part of our designs as your own. Or copyright any of them.
Use in Digital Marketplaces: You are not allowed to sell or share our designs on any digital marketplace. This includes websites like Creative Market, Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, and similar platforms, including personal websites. Our designs are only meant to be used for creating physical products, not for digital resale or distribution.
Print-On-Demand Services: To use our designs on POD (Print-On Demand). You must purchase our Print-On-Demand License.
Digitizing for Embroidery: To digitize our designs for embroidery machine-specific file formats, you must purchase our Embroidery Digitizing License.
Business Logo / Website Icon: You may not use any design as a business logo or a website icon.
3. Violation of Terms:
If these terms are not followed, we may need to take further action. This could include canceling your license to use our designs and, if necessary, reporting the
issue to the appropriate authorities.
4. Changes to These Terms:
As the digital design world grows and changes, new products and platforms may arise that require us to update our terms of use. We reserve the right to make changes at any time to help protect our work from new risks.
We kindly recommend checking our terms regularly, especially if the industry changes or if you plan to use our designs in a new way.
By continuing to use our designs, you agree to any updates we make to these terms.
